I'm a Staff UX Researcher who studies how businesses connect their tools, and what that means for platforms, partners and AI. I write here about what the research taught me and what I've come to believe.
Most of my recent work has been on platform ecosystems: integrations, app partners, developer experience, and lately the Model Context Protocol and AI agents. I care about defining the problem before building the product, about accuracy and trust before autonomy, and about a simple principle: humans lead, AI accelerates.
